Hi, I’m Paula (she/her)! I’m a lifelong cat lover and proud cat parent to Phoebe, my sweet senior kitty. Around my building, I’ve become the go-to cat sitter, trusted to care for cats of all personalities—from shy, cautious companions to energetic, playful explorers. I have a special place in my heart (and lots of hands-on experience) for senior cats, understanding the extra patience, gentleness, and attention they sometimes need. Whether it’s cozy cuddles, playful fun, or a calm, comforting presence, I’m dedicated to making every cat feel safe, loved, and right at home while their humans are away.
I work a 9-to-5 job on weekdays, so I’m available all evenings and overnight stays during the week. On weekends, I’m free throughout the day and overnight to give your cat plenty of attention and care.
A bit more about me: I’m thoughtful, curious, and driven by a deep sense of justice. I value integrity, creativity, and collaboration. In my professional life, I work in the legal and advocacy space, focusing on criminal legal reform and racial justice.
Outside of work, I’m a writer—dabbling in poetry, personal essays, and other creative projects. I also love cooking beginner-friendly meals, exploring new neighborhoods on foot, and of course playing with my cat Phoebe.
